Overview
When Albert says that Frances doesn't know enough to play ball, or to accompany him on one of his wandering days, she turns to her little sister Gloria as a playmate and they set out on a best friends only outing - with no boys allowed. Frances learns that sometimes the best of friends can be the people that you least expect and are often right under your nose, like your little sister.
